Hazelnut • Whisky • Honey

A rich and creamy hazelnut filling made with Cacao Barry Alunga 41% milk chocolate, hazelnut paste, whisky and honey, with a whole caramelized hazelnut hidden inside for the perfect crunch.

A warm, nutty and beautifully balanced flavour.

Ingredients: Dark chocolate Callebaut, milk chocolate (Cacao Barry Alunga 41% cocoa), milk, hazelnut paste, whole caramelized hazelnut, whisky, cocoa butter, sorbitol, dextrose, honey, glucose.

Maple • Caramelized Pecan

A delicate maple syrup caramel paired with crunchy caramelized pecans and smooth Callebaut Gold chocolate, known for its beautiful caramel notes.

Sweet, buttery and nutty with a distinctly Canadian autumn character.

Ingredients: Milk chocolate (Callebaut), maple syrup, cream, caramelized pecans, Callebaut Gold chocolate (30.4% cocoa solids), glucose, skim milk, sorbitol, cocoa butter, lecithin, salt, sodium bicarbonate.

Smoked Caramel

A smooth and indulgent milk chocolate caramel infused with Lapsang Souchong smoked tea and finished with smoked Maldon sea salt.

The gentle smokiness balances the sweetness of the caramel, creating a deep, warm and unexpected flavour — perfect for the cooler season.

Ingredients: Milk chocolate (Callebaut 823, 33.6% cocoa), sugar, cream, milk, glucose syrup, butter, sorbitol, Lapsang Souchong smoked tea, soy lecithin, smoked Maldon sea salt, sodium bicarbonate.

Earl Grey • Timut Pepper 

A dark chocolate shell made with Callebaut 811 (54.5% cocoa) surrounds a silky Cacao Barry Alunga 41% milk chocolate filling, infused with aromatic Earl Grey tea and cardamom.

Citrusy Timut pepper and pieces of candied yuzu bring bright lemon and grapefruit-like notes that beautifully contrast the richness of the chocolate.

Elegant, aromatic and refreshingly different.
